What policies at the EU level could support Member States in achieving inclusive, fair and sustainable systems of health and social care and promote the taking-up of innovation for ageing societies? This question is tackled by the SAPEA Evidence Review Report, entitled ‘Transforming the future of ageing’.
The report itself will be a starting point for the discussion during an event at the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities on 23 July 2019 in Jerusalem.
The meeting “Transforming the Future of Ageing: Lessons from the SAPEA Report and its Application to the Israeli Context” will discuss the report’s recommendations in light of demographic, health and economic conditions in Israel. The event is aimed at a diverse public, including researchers and policy stakeholders.
