On 27 November, Professor Stefan Constantinescu, President of FEAM, was awarded the 15th Prize of the Alexandre and Gaston Tytgat Foundation, amounting to 25,000 Euros.
This prize is awarded every three years and aims to distinguish French and Flemish researchers in support of their cancer research.
Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of the UCLouvain and researcher at the Institute of Duve and the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research in Brussels, Stefan Constantinescu expressed his gratitude for the recognition of his research in this field.
